Our Principle Recruitment Services
- Retained Search
A highly refined and customised process, whereby we dedicate 100% of our Search Executive and Project Management to meet strict deadlines and the critical need required. We can utilise the combined resources of MRINetwork offices to facilitate the rapid identification of qualified and interested candidates, meeting your specific requirements.We provide:
- the best available candidates after contacting an average of 80 - 100 companies
- candidate exclusivity (candidates will not be presented to any other Clients during this time)
- 180-day (full replacement) guarantee
- Communications Profile and testing
- third party validation of skills and abilities
Our fee is typically 33% of the candidate's first year’s expected compensation, with a 1/3rd deposit at the initiation of the search, an additional 1/3rd due on presentation of the shortlist, and the balance due when an offer has been accepted.
- Engagement Search
A search securing commitment from a Search Executive and Project Management staff in line with more fluid deadlines and an urgent need.We provide:
- the best available candidates after contacting an average of 40 companies
- 90-day (full replacement) guarantee
- third party validation of skills and abilities
A research fee is required to initiate each search, and is deducted from the fee of 30% of the candidate's first year’s expected income on successful completion of the search. Should we not provide a qualified candidate, meeting your hiring expectations, we will apply the initial fee to your next search.
- Contingency Search
A search allocating available resources to research interest within from our existing candidate networkWe provide:
- two or three qualified and interested candidates
- A 30-day (full replacement) guarantee
Our fee is 30% of the candidate's first year’s compensation. This search type does not require a deposit.

Other Services
- Advertised Search and Selection
In some situations advertising can be an important tool in the search for candidates and can be a useful PR tool for the Client. This approach is very similar to Retained Search. The advertising replaces some proactive searching for candidates. The fee is 25% plus the cost of the advertising.
- Project Search
When your needs are for multiple candidates in the same profile, our project search is your best option. A project team is selected to handle all openings simultaneously, ensuring quality control standards that are unsurpassed as well as timeliness in delivering a number of candidates within your time frame. The terms and conditions of project search are:- Based upon the difficulty of the search
- The availability of candidates
- The time required for the process
- The number of positions to be filled
- International Search
Depending on the country involved, we can recruit directly or we can leverage a global network of over 1000 offices and 5000 recruiters to identify top candidates. Fees depend on a number of variables, and normally command a small premium.
