Managing Partner
Jeff leads our team, continuously reinforcing our business motto “Principle Centred Recruitment” and fostering values of high integrity, professionalism, continuously improving process and personal development. His career was spent largely in Unilever, in the Personal Products and Detergent Product markets. He held a number of positions, both in the UK and Europe in Sales, Marketing, New Product Development and General Management. He has held several Non-Executive Director roles and is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Leadership and Management, and Institute of Food Technology (US).
Jeff’s recruitment focus is Sales, Marketing and NPD in Consumer Goods, FMCG – Food, Beverages, Personal Care and Household Products, Food Ingredients, Neutraceuticals, Flavours, Fragrances, Aroma Chemicals, Essential Oils and Cosmetic Materials.
